This is a surface mounted double toilet paper dispenser from Dolphin. It is manufactured from a high grade 304 stainless steel. BC800 has a capacity of 2 standard sized toilet rolls. It is lockable, helping to prevent theft. The top roll drops in place once the first roll has been used.
