Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unit back in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
