The Zip Varipoint must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions and all current legislation, codes of practice andĀ regulations governing the installation of unvented hot water cylinders in force at the time of installation. The appliance must beĀ permanently connected to the supply through an isolating switch with a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles and be protectedĀ by a suitably rated RCD to protect the appliance, an MCB (miniature circuit breaker) or fuse must be fitted with a rating suitable for theĀ nominal current of the appliance.
